Product Manager

Alcon is seeking a Product Manager to lead portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, and market preparation for next-generation surgical technologies in the UK & Ireland. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing marketing campaigns, and utilizing data analytics to drive growth and identify new opportunities.

• Lead portfolio strategy and lifecycle management for surgical technologies
• Develop and execute 360° marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Sales, Medical, Regulatory)
• Utilize data analytics and CRM insights for decision-making
• Minimum 5 years in marketing or commercial roles, preferably in medical devices
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or Science (MBA preferred)
