IG Group is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the product strategy and roadmap for Performance and Quality Engineering within Infrastructure & Operations. You will shape shared capabilities that enable engineering teams to test earlier, detect risk sooner, and release reliable, performant software with confidence. This role requires a blend of product management expertise and technical depth to integrate quality and performance into the software delivery lifecycle.

Define and own product strategy and roadmap for Performance and Quality Engineering
Position performance and quality capabilities as internal products
Translate complex engineering problems into clear product outcomes and requirements
Manage discovery, backlog, and planning with engineering teams
Drive adoption of shared testing frameworks and quality standards
Hands-on background in automated testing or SDET roles
