Sr. Lead Product Manager

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to drive the strategic direction and evolution of their Affluent Deposits products, specifically Prime and Premier Checking. This role focuses on developing product value propositions, customer experiences, and go-to-market strategies to achieve balance growth and customer satisfaction. You will act as a key arbiter of product economics, setting strategies and roadmaps that are customer-centric, financially sound, and competitive.

• Develop and drive strategy for consumer deposit products, including Prime and Premier Checking
• Serve as the de facto owner of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment across objectives
• Lead product design and lifecycle management for defined customer segments
• Evaluate and arbitrate trade-offs across growth, pricing, experience, and risk
• Analyze customer insights, market and competitive dynamics to inform product strategy
• Articulate product vision and strategy, define scope, and establish measurable outcomes
