Sr. Director, Technical Program Management (Remote-Eligible)

Lead large-scale technical programs and build innovative financial products and platforms at Capital One. You will leverage your technical expertise to drive strategy and execution, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, and influence roadmaps. This role involves diving deep into system design, making technical trade-offs, and leading a team of technical program managers.
