Associate Project Manager

Catalent is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support their Greenville, NC oral solid dose development and manufacturing site. This role involves assisting the project management team with inventory tracking, project billing, forecasting, and improvement projects. You will manage project execution to meet goals and deliverables, acting as a key point of contact for development activities.

• Support inventory tracking, project billing, and forecasting
• Assist with improvement projects and serve as a key point of contact
• Manage execution of customer requirements to achieve goals
• Perform data entry in ERP system for contract billing and forecasting
• Generate reports from ERP system or process data in Excel
• Process forward billing work orders to generate invoices
