Senior Product Management Engineer

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Product Management Engineer to manage cross-functional teams in transferring new reprocessed medical devices into production. This role involves process development, validation, and continuous improvement within a regulated environment, focusing on reducing medical waste and ensuring high-quality manufacturing.

• Manage cross-functional teams for new product development from production readiness to launch
• Plan validation strategies and own the Master Validation Plan
• Propose and determine new technologies for product quality, cost efficiency, and compliance
• Develop processes that are manufacturable for new products in collaboration with R&D
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules for assigned projects
• Validate test methods for reprocessing of assigned devices
