About this role
Lead the deployment and technical support of Actionable Insights Accelerator (AIx) and Wafer Results Analytics (WRA) servers at customer sites and internal labs. You will provide onsite and remote technical support for server hardware, software, and networking issues, interfacing with internal and external customers to resolve complex problems.
What we are looking for
6- Technically lead deployment and setup of AIx and WRA servers
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for AIx and WRA servers
- Interface with internal and external customers on HW/SW & networking issues
- Minimum 3 years of hardware/software experience
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering discipline preferred
- Travel up to 25%
