Lead Program Manager

As a Lead Program Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of company programs, managing cost, schedule, and technical performance from initiation to completion. You will act as the central point of authority for your programs, ensuring customer satisfaction and aligning project teams to meet critical business goals.

• Manage program lifecycle, ensuring customer alignment and satisfaction
• Define, implement, and manage program controls and success criteria
• Coordinate project teams and manage interdependencies and priorities
• Develop and maintain program plans, including budget, resources, and communications
• Manage program scope changes and advise leadership on potential impacts
• Support business development and proposal efforts
