Engineering Project Manager

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex products and platform capabilities within Cisco's CX Engineering team. You will partner with Product Managers to translate priorities into executable plans, coordinate multiple Agile teams, and manage risks to ensure successful product launches and operational readiness. This role offers the opportunity to shape how AI and automation enhance engineer productivity and customer experiences at Cisco scale.

• Lead end-to-end delivery for 2-5 complex products, tools, or platform capabilities
• Partner with Product Managers to convert priorities into executable plans
• Coordinate multiple Agile teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Proactively manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, and critical-path decisions
• Drive launch and operational readiness for delivered capabilities
• Utilize Agile, Scrum, or SAFe practices with tools like Jira and Confluence
