GTM Systems & Automation Lead (Remote)

Lead the systems and automation layer for Telnyx's revenue engine, focusing on improving GTM tools and processes. This builder-operator role involves identifying and automating manual workflows, stabilizing systems, and partnering with cross-functional teams to transition towards owned systems and AI-powered automation.

• Own and improve the operating layer behind Telnyx's revenue engine
• Identify recurring friction and turn manual work into scalable automation
• Partner with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to modernize the GTM stack
• Drive programs around CRM architecture, lifecycle automation, and AI-agent readiness
• Define safe operating patterns for AI agents interacting with GTM systems
• Experience with CRMs like Salesforce & Hubspot and AI-native systems
