About this role

As a Technical Training Program Manager at GE Vernova, you will lead the execution of training programs for our Wind Renewable Energy Learning Center. You will drive strategic deployment, manage program milestones, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop world-class technician training.

What we are looking for

Lead the development and maintenance of integrated program schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Coordinate deliverables and execution across Learning Centers and stakeholders
Provide cross-functional program leadership for Onshore and Offshore Wind initiatives
Facilitate issue resolution and develop contingency plans
Lead communication and escalation of programmatic and technical risks
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field
