Product Analyst Senior

As a Senior Product Analyst on the Design System team, you will help build a scalable and reusable experience foundation for Freddie Mac Multifamily. You will partner with design, product, and engineering leaders to translate enterprise needs into component strategy, product requirements, and measurable outcomes. This role is crucial for improving consistency, accelerating delivery, and ensuring high-quality digital experiences across the Multifamily ecosystem.

• Partner with design, product, and engineering to define design system strategy and roadmaps
• Translate enterprise needs into reusable component requirements and adoption plans
• Drive adoption of shared components and patterns across product teams
• Establish governance for design system intake, prioritization, and release planning
• Develop metrics to demonstrate design system value and impact
• Mentor junior analysts in product thinking and delivery practices
