Lead Technical Program Manager

Mastercard is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager with Scrum Master experience to drive the strategy for our Decision Management Platform. You will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and executing program release strategies, ensuring successful delivery of complex, high-volume, low-latency software solutions that combat payment fraud. • Plan, monitor, and execute program release strategies
• Provide technical and advisory support for application/infrastructure implementation
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with a focus on release lifecycle management
• Experience as a Scrum Master with strong knowledge of Scrum techniques
• Familiarity with software development, UX, APIs, and Microservices
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA or Rally
