Program Manager

As a Program Manager at RTX, you will lead critical programs within the Advanced Early Warning & Reconnaissance Systems portfolio, working directly with the U.S. Navy and other government entities. You will be responsible for setting program strategy, ensuring successful execution from production to new development, and managing profit and loss. • Accountable for profit and loss, program execution, and EAC inputs
• Set program priorities, resolve conflicts, and support internal/external reviews
• Coordinate customer interactions, dependencies, and transactions
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and represent customer needs
• Manage risk, opportunity, cost, quality, and schedule performance
• Requires an active Secret U.S. government security clearance
