Business Analyst/Product Owner

As a Business Analyst/Product Owner, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery teams. You will refine requirements, ensure backlog readiness, and improve product quality, enabling Product Owners to focus on strategy and value realization. This role is key to reducing rework and delivery delays in our product development lifecycle.

• Lead requirement elicitation and translate business needs into user stories
• Build a continuous pipeline of development-ready work and facilitate backlog refinement
• Analyze business processes and create detailed documentation
• Identify and communicate dependencies, assumptions, constraints, and risks
• Support release planning, testing, and defect triage
• 5+ years of BA experience in Agile environments with strong stakeholder management skills
