Senior Product Manager, AI Analytics

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead their AI Analytics product area, focusing on an AI agent that answers performance questions and provides insights within the platform. This role involves developing AI-native analytics UX, modernizing query infrastructure, and ensuring data accuracy and customer trust.

• Own strategy and roadmap for the Analytics Agent
• Build and own the quality measurement system for the Analytics Agent
• Own AI-generated analytics UX, including charts and dashboards
• Own the PM-side of Klaviyo's query infrastructure transition
• Partner on multi-account analytics for Enterprise Organizations
• Write clear product specs for AI behaviors and data-heavy features
