• Define and own strategic platform domains within Mastercard's disputes ecosystem
• Translate strategy into prioritized roadmaps aligning customer needs and market opportunities
• Lead complex product discovery efforts and define innovative solutions
• Drive product strategy and execution across multiple agile pods
• Own and prioritize large-scale product backlogs
• Drive adoption of AI technologies throughout the product lifecycle
