Project Manager

Lennar, a leading homebuilder, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all aspects of community development, from scheduling and design coordination to budget management and consultant negotiation. This role is crucial in ensuring communities are built on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, contributing to our mission of creating extraordinary experiences for homeowners.

• Supervise and direct all aspects of community development and construction schedules
• Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants for design and site planning
• Manage site budgets, negotiate consultant contracts, and prepare feasibility studies
• Ensure quality control and adherence to schedules throughout the construction process
• Minimum 7 years of experience in community development or related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Urban Design, Planning, Real Estate, Business, Engineering, or Construction Management
