Sr. Technical Program Manager

Slate is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to translate business strategy into functional enterprise systems. You will lead end-to-end program delivery, manage system integrations, and drive process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can bring structure to complex, cross-functional initiatives.

• Own end-to-end program delivery for enterprise technology initiatives
• Partner with business, product, UX, and engineering teams
• Manage system integrations across the tech stack
• Map, document, and improve business processes
• Develop and execute change management plans
• Support PMO standards and governance frameworks
