About this role

Lead and enhance the Product Day 2 Governance Framework, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of product enhancements, regulatory changes, and operational improvements. You will be the central governance and delivery lead, ensuring effective prioritization, resource allocation, and execution oversight across the organization.

What we are looking for

Own and manage the Product Day 2 Governance Framework and operating model
Establish governance standards, prioritization methodologies, and delivery controls
Maintain the centralized Day 2 portfolio and ensure proper assessment and prioritization
Coordinate and oversee the execution of Day 2 initiatives from concept through closure
Manage product-related initiatives from initiation through post-launch stabilization
Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Day 2 Management or Project Management
