About this role

Axon is seeking a Principal NPI Program Manager to own the operational process of bringing new products from concept to commercialization. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, design and improve the NPI process, and influence senior leadership to ensure product success.

What we are looking for

Own and operate end-to-end NPI workflow from SKU submission to commercialization
Design, operate, and improve NPI processes with discipline, transparency, and velocity
Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Finance, Commercial Operations, and more
Identify and execute process improvements, including AI and automation opportunities
Integrate acquired company product portfolios into Axon's commercial systems
Influence and present to VP- and C-level stakeholders
