Project Manager

Abbott's Heart Failure division is seeking a Project Manager in Portland, OR to lead cross-functional projects within their product portfolio. This role involves coordinating project execution, driving process improvements, and providing portfolio insights to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of project management experience, preferably in a regulated industry.

• Implement, monitor, and improve business processes for PMO and IBP
• Provide project leadership to meet divisional strategies and business objectives
• Manage product-related projects, coordinating with R&D, Quality, Operations, Regulatory, and Commercial
• Identify, scope, plan, and conduct medium-to-complex projects
• Direct project team members, set goals, monitor progress, and escalate risks
• Cultivate internal and external resource networks
