Allstate is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of multiple products within their portfolio. This role involves setting strategic product vision, driving discovery and roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize customer and enterprise value. You will mentor other product managers and act as a player-coach to influence enterprise decisions and deliver long-term business value.

Define and manage the lifecycle of two or more products
Drive strategy, roadmap, and execution for Independent Agent and Specialty Vehicle capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize capabilities
Serve as a player-coach and strategic leader, mentoring Digital Product Managers
Engage with customers to understand needs and gather feedback
Define and manage KPIs to measure success and inform product strategy
