Senior Producer (US)

Code and Theory is seeking a Senior Producer to manage creative projects from concept to delivery. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, serving as the primary client contact, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production, excellent client relationship skills, and a passion for creative storytelling.

• Lead integrated projects across digital, social, video, content, and campaigns
• Manage projects from brief to final delivery, identifying and mitigating risks
• Serve as the day-to-day client contact and build trust with senior stakeholders
• Own project scope, SOWs, budgets, and profitability
• Mentor producers and team members, and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and AI-enabled workflows
