Product Manager High-Tech

As a Product Manager, High-Tech, you will drive market share and gross margin for our vegetable varieties by connecting market needs with product strategy. You will optimize variety positioning, support new product introductions, and translate global strategies into regional plans. This role requires collaboration across multiple departments to ensure our product portfolio meets evolving customer and market demands.

• Optimize variety positioning to maximize market share and gross margin
• Develop strategic market and crop segment plans
• Provide market and product insights to Breeding and Product Development
• Support customer plans with technical product expertise
• Lead proposals for variety advancement and coordinate seed allocation
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, Business, or related field
