About this role

Fellow is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead their brewing category, encompassing product vision, roadmap, and commercial outcomes. This role involves deep customer and market analysis, strategic tradeoff decisions, and cross-functional leadership to deliver innovative coffee brewing products. The position requires a senior individual contributor with a strong track record in consumer hardware product management.

What we are looking for

Own end-to-end product vision and long-term roadmap for brewing platform
Define 'Fellow-level brewing' standards and translate into product requirements
Drive qualitative and quantitative research to uncover customer needs
Make strategic tradeoffs between cost, complexity, performance, and schedule
Lead cross-functional teams including R&D, Engineering, UX, and Marketing
Steward the full lifecycle of the brewing portfolio
