Junior Business Analyst

KISS Beauty Group is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join their Business Operations Team. This role will leverage data and technology, using Python and SQL, to automate workflows, analyze sales performance, and identify operational efficiencies to support company growth. The position offers a hybrid work environment with a focus on driving sales productivity and operational excellence.

• Monitor and report on Sales Performance Index (SPI)
• Collect and clean data for customer churn and sales opportunity analysis
• Identify inefficiencies in the Order-to-Cash process
• Support implementation of RPA and AI tools for task automation
• Update sales materials and competitive analysis
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation scripts
