Software Project Manager

As a Software Project Manager at Motorola Solutions, you will lead complex, cross-functional product deployment projects for our Cloud Services team. You will be responsible for driving on-time delivery, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful implementation of SaaS products by acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. This role requires exceptional leadership and communication skills to navigate a highly matrixed organization and complex customer environments.

• Lead complex SaaS product deployment projects
• Own and manage project plans, driving on-time delivery
• Proactively mitigate risks and manage escalations
• Serve as the primary liaison for customers and internal stakeholders
• Facilitate meetings and negotiate to ensure project success
