As an AI Product Manager, you will lead AI product initiatives within Lonza's Development & Technology Transfer teams. You will leverage your expertise in biopharmaceutical processes and AI to identify and implement solutions that enhance process understanding, scale-up, and manufacturing readiness. This role involves orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes and drive innovation in life sciences.

- Identify AI opportunities to improve process understanding, scale-up, and manufacturing
- Translate scientific challenges into AI product requirements
- Manage cross-functional Fusion Teams and product backlogs
- Experience in biopharma process development, MSAT, or tech transfer
- Experience with digital, data, or AI-enabled products
