Design Program Manager

Fox Corporation is seeking a Design Program Manager to be the operational backbone and advocate for their direct-to-consumer platform team. This senior role involves owning the planning, staffing, sequencing, and delivery of design work across multiple product surfaces and brands, reporting to the Head of Design and partnering with product management and executives. The ideal candidate will ensure design's capacity and quality are represented and defended in key discussions.

• Own Design team capacity planning and forecasting
• Lead end-to-end Design intake process
• Negotiate roadmap and timelines with Product and Engineering
• Represent Design in roadmap planning and advocate for realistic delivery plans
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and mitigate delivery risks
• Build and scale Design operations processes, documentation, and workflows
