Program Manager

Owens & Minor is seeking a Program Manager to lead their process automation delivery function. You will manage a team of Process Engineers and Execution Project Managers, driving process improvements and ensuring smooth deployment execution. This role requires a strong partnership with Solutions Architects and Integration Project Managers to align process design with technical solutions.

• Lead process automation delivery and process improvement initiatives
• Manage Process Engineers and Execution Project Managers
• Partner with Solutions Architects and Integration Project Managers
• Build business cases with cost/benefit analysis
• Track program metrics including savings, throughput, and ROI
• Develop and maintain the process automation execution roadmap
