Senior Program Manager

Genesys is seeking a strategic Senior Program Manager to lead the growth and evolution of our global Voice of the Customer (VoC) practice. You will translate practice strategy into execution, driving a portfolio of work to build, scale, and improve our offerings. This role requires strong program leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity while facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead integrated portfolio of initiatives for VoC practice growth and improvement
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, workstreams, and measures of success
• Establish operating rhythm, manage risks, dependencies, and drive accountability
• Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to rollout
• Develop and launch new VoC offers and strategic research initiatives
• 7+ years experience in program management, consulting, or customer experience
