Product Manager

Join Global Payments as a Product Manager to shape the future of internal systems for our Merchant business. You will define and drive the product vision for document management solutions, translating strategy into requirements and collaborating with engineering and operations teams to enhance customer and partner experiences.

• Define and drive document management product vision and roadmap
• Translate product strategy into prioritized requirements and business cases
• Partner with engineering, stakeholders, and vendors for scalable solutions
• Lead Voice of Customer research and serve as subject matter expert
• Manage strategic relationships with third-party document management providers
• 5+ years of product management experience
