Associate Director, Product Management

Novartis is seeking an Associate Director of Product Management to lead the development and delivery of data-centric capabilities within their US CRM ecosystem. This hybrid role focuses on transforming medicine by leveraging data and advanced technology to improve patient lives and enhance customer engagement. The position requires strong product leadership, data fluency, and stakeholder management skills to translate business needs into a prioritized product backlog and drive agile execution.

• Own and deliver assigned data-centric product areas including platform integrations and customer profile management
• Drive backlog prioritization based on strategic alignment and platform capacity
• Lead and manage scrum teams through agile ceremonies and backlog grooming
• Partner with business, IT, and commercial stakeholders to define requirements and ensure release readiness
• Represent data activation platform needs in CRM planning and architecture discussions
• Minimum 5+ years of product management experience with strong data platform and CRM capabilities
