Applied AI Product Manager

Marsh is seeking an Applied AI Product Manager to translate AI advancements into production-ready products. You will lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for applied AI capabilities, identifying high-value workflows and defining product requirements. This role involves partnering across various teams to prototype, evaluate, and deploy AI-powered experiences, ensuring measurable business and user impact.

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for applied AI capabilities
• Identify workflows where AI can materially improve outcomes
• Translate customer problems into clear product requirements and release plans
• Partner with engineering and AI teams on LLM-powered systems
• Define and run practical evaluation processes for AI features
• Make product decisions across accuracy, latency, cost, reliability, and safety
