Sr Technical Program Manager II

Axon is seeking a Senior Technical Sustainment Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption for their Records Management System (RMS) post-deployment. This role involves driving feature enablement, providing advanced support, and acting as a strategic technical partner to law enforcement agencies. You will bridge the gap between initial implementation and long-term operational maturity, focusing on continuous value realization for customers.

• Drive customer satisfaction and product enablement for RMS deployments
• Provide advanced escalation support and technical partnership
• Lead sustainment initiatives beyond go-live
• Ensure long-term value realization and continuous learning for customers
• Collaborate with Sales, Services, and Product teams
• Develop and deliver training programs for SaaS products
