Senior Project Manager

Lead the planning and execution of facility construction and renovation projects. You will drive project strategy, manage stakeholders, and ensure financial stewardship and risk management within complex operating environments. This role partners across various departments to deliver solutions supporting long-term asset performance and guest experience.

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all project phases
• Establish project vision, objectives, and roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk
• Develop and communicate project strategies and recommendations to senior leadership
• Partner with leadership to identify resource needs and delivery approaches
• 8+ years of experience leading complex projects or facility improvements
