• Analyze and propose strategic improvement initiatives for global installation processes
• Translate feedback into opportunities for standardization and cost reduction
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve improvement targets
• Influence and align stakeholders across the value chain
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 10+ years of management experience
• Strong background in material handling equipment and on-site project execution
