Project Manager

Cumming Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Boston, MA to join their growing Program & Project Management team. This client-facing role involves managing all phases of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and closeout, acting as the Owner's Advisor. You will orchestrate the entire construction process, coordinate with project teams, manage contracts, budgets, and schedules, and guide clients through project complexities.

• Manage construction projects from inception to completion
• Act as Owner's Advisor
• Oversee planning, design, and construction processes
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project teams
• Lead contract negotiation and execution
• Manage project budgets and schedules
