Lead Product Manager

Finastra is seeking a Lead Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy for payment solutions including ACH, Wires, RTP, FedNow, and ISO 20022. This role involves deep collaboration with customers, sales, and engineering to drive innovation, market adoption, and business value in payment modernization.

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for payment modernization initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for payment trends
• Serve as subject matter expert for ACH processing and payment operations
• Lead product initiatives for payment schemes including ACH, Fedwire, RTP, FedNow, SWIFT, and ISO 20022
• Own product backlog prioritization and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Engage directly with banks and financial institutions to gather feedback
