Manager, Tech Project Management

Lead the development and implementation of technology projects and programs for Disney Experiences Technology, focusing on guest-facing digital initiatives. You will manage a portfolio of projects, oversee financial forecasting, and lead a team of Technical Project Managers.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and digital projects
• Manage portfolio of projects and ensure accurate financial forecasting
• Hire, develop, and manage a team of Technical Project Managers
• Define and enforce clear objectives, milestones, and success criteria
• Oversee risk management practices and drive operational excellence
• Serve as a liaison and escalation point for project managers
