Lead Program Manager

As a Lead Program Manager, you will drive complex engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery. You will provide matrix leadership across factory-wide initiatives and deliver executive-level reporting to enhance communication and collaboration. This role requires strong organizational skills, risk management expertise, and the ability to foster relationships with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects for on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery
• Provide matrix leadership for factory-wide projects and senior staff initiatives
• Manage and deliver executive-level reporting and status updates
• Coordinate internal resources, third-party vendors, and customer teams
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage resource allocation
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
