Technical Program Manager

Join GDIT's mission-driven team supporting the Department of Defense as a Technical Program Manager. You will drive the Agile orchestration backbone of the enterprise, translating authoritative requirements into executable development work across multiple contractor teams. This role is crucial for unifying cyber defense and ensuring synchronized execution of mission initiatives.

• Drive Agile orchestration and translate requirements into development work
• Lead and orchestrate the overarching Agile framework for the program
• Own requirements traceability and manage ingestion processes
• Facilitate cross-contractor Agile planning and PI/Sprint planning
• Coordinate multi-contractor teams in a hybrid cloud and cybersecurity-intensive environment
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and PI planning

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
