Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Thermosystems, a Daikin group company, you will oversee all managerial and administrative aspects of commercial HVAC projects. You will coordinate project timelines, manage client requirements, and serve as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion.

• Manage estimating, scheduling, quality control, and progress reporting for mechanical processes
• Coordinate project kick-off, progress, and close-out meetings
• Gather project requirements and facilitate working drawing preparation
• Prepare and submit project proposals
• Liaise with customers, vendors, engineers, and internal teams
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
