Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager at JLL, you will lead the full lifecycle of office building and financial center construction projects, from concept to delivery. You will manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams, ensuring client objectives and quality standards are met. This role requires strong construction expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster collaborative environments to drive innovative real estate solutions.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for office building and financial center construction
• Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors
• Serve as the primary client point of contact, building trusted relationships
• Oversee contract negotiations, procurement, and vendor management
• Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
