Technical Program Manager II (Contract Role)

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Technical Program Manager II for a 12-month contract role in San Diego, CA. This position focuses on driving the availability and enablement of accounts, authentication, and notifications platforms within the Commerce, Account, & Partner Engineering (CAPE) Technical Operations team. The role involves partnering with development teams to deliver new product capabilities and enhance operational excellence for millions of PlayStation players.

• Lead delivery of development and operational initiatives for account, authentication, and notifications services
• Ensure high availability, resiliency, scalability, and performance across the platform
• Collaborate with development, platform, security, and global operations teams
• Manage delivery schedules and timelines across multiple products and teams
• Advocate for continuous process improvement and innovation
• Translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
