Technical Program Manager, Mission Integration

GITAI, a space robotics company, seeks a Technical Program Manager to coordinate programs and manage external dependencies for their Space-Based Interceptor program and U.S. government missile defense initiatives. This hands-on role focuses on enabling engineering teams by managing launch campaigns, mission integration, regulatory tracking, and stakeholder coordination.

• Own program coordination for launch campaigns from selection to execution
• Manage external dependencies including government customers and launch providers
• Build and maintain integrated mission plans
• Assess launch and rideshare opportunities
• Serve as primary point of contact for complex programs
• Negotiate and hold stakeholders accountable for mission execution
