WSFS Bank is seeking a strategic Application Strategy Lead to act as the Product Owner and Product Manager for their nCino application ecosystem. This role involves owning the product lifecycle, translating corporate strategy into a product vision and roadmap, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and new capabilities for the nCino Bank Operating System.

What we are looking for

Own and define the multi-year product vision and roadmap for the nCino platform
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements
Serve as the primary nCino Product Owner for Agile delivery teams
Own, define, groom, and prioritize the product backlog
Lead and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts and nCino Administrators
Collaborate with Regulatory and Risk teams to ensure compliance
