Product Manager, Identity

Lead the strategy and execution for Airbnb's critical identity verification systems and experiences. You will shape how trust is built between guests and hosts, developing an identity platform for current and future interactions to foster the world's most trusted community of travelers.

• Define and drive the roadmap for Identity, including verification technologies and features
• Balance competing objectives: trust, guest experience, booking success, and marketplace health
• Partner with design, engineering, and policy teams to drive roadmap execution
• Align cross-functional partners on shared goals and roadmap sequencing
• Evaluate external partnership opportunities for the identity ecosystem
• Design and oversee A/B experiments with rigorous metric design and impact measurement
