Engineering Program Manager

Manage software programs and complex solutions for Cisco's Networking Engineering group, focusing on routing, optical, and automation portfolios. • Manage cross-functional programs and deliver software for Cisco Networking Engineering
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, supply chain, and customer experience teams
• Plan requirements, develop timelines, and mitigate risks in agile/waterfall environments
• Drive process improvements and optimize program planning and development
• Track KPIs, risks, and mitigation plans across programs and solutions
• Ensure project completion on schedule, with quality, and within budget
